What should be included in the T&C document
In general, the T&C usually deal with such issues: Who is allowed to use the website; possible payment methods; a statement that the website owner may change its offer in the future; the types of guarantees the website owner gives to its customers; reference to intellectual property or copyright issues where relevant; the website owner's right to suspend or cancel a member's account; and much more.
