CONSCİOUS GENERATİONS
The Conscious Generations Project is a series of informational talks and activities designed to provide mental health support to students and raise awareness. Within the scope of this project, we provide information to our students on topics such as mental health, coping with stress, self-esteem, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. These talks aim to strengthen young people’s ability to cope with challenges and ensure they go through a healthy psychological development process.
One of the main objectives of the project is to contribute to the emotional and mental development of our students, helping them grow into conscious, healthy, and strong individuals. The talks we organize will help young people better understand both their own emotional states and what is happening around them, preparing them for life with a positive outlook.
